Jimmy’s No 43‘s $10 Tuesday Tastings features Belgian and American Saisons beginning at 7:30.  The Pony Bar has a Blue Point Brewing event tonight beginning at 6 pm.  Rob Tod will be at Anfora from 5-11 pm with a selection of Allagash beers.  In Brooklyn, Bierkraft’s Tuesday night tasting features Summer Beers, beginning at 7, and Strong Place has an Expat Beer Festival, featuring a range of American-made International-style beers.

In Queens, Sunswick 35-35 begins their 3rd Annual Belgian Beer Fest.  It’s a pay-as-you-go event that lasts through June 19.  The list:

Thursday the 9th: Bierkraft is hosting a Weyerbacher event at 7 pm. There is a terrific event on Long Island tonight.  Dave Schultzer, owner of Bellport Beer & Soda, is throwing the 4th Annual Bellport Charity Beer, Food & Wine Tasting at the Bellport Country Club from 6-10 tonight.  I went last year and had a ton of fun – great food & beer and a wonderful chance to talk to the owners & brewers of Long Island’s breweries.  Tickets are $37.25 and can be purchased here.  They’ll also be available at the door for $45.
